My use of social services

This post is dedicated to my use of social services (I know you all can read the title). English language is a part of my life already. I have spent a great period of time with it and have tried a lot of different programs and services. As I study in University, a variety of assignments are given to us and sometimes just learning a new words by heart is not a good idea. My choice is Quizlet!

Usually I use a ready-made sets and just take tests or "Match" game or go through cards again and again, but recently I made one myself. There are 151 words on the topic "Politics" as we have a corresponding discipline in the University. Well, I know that there is still a room for improvement, but anyway I'm kinda proud of it. So, I invite you to learn the words with me.

It is a main page. Here we can choose some sort of games. Let's see what Flashcards is:

So here are the cards. On the one side is an English word, on the other - its translation. If you know the translation and you are sure that you will definetely remember the word even when someone wakes you up in the middle of a night and asks for a translation, then you can press the check mark. If you are not sure press the cross (for still learning). I'm not sure, that I'll tell exactly the same combination of words, so let's still learn it (as backup). 

You would ask "And we need to do this for 151 times????" Well, if you want a good mark, it's preferably, but if you are sick of it, you can close this boring flashcards and start a some sort of new things:

The section "Learn" will ask you would you like to study quickly or to memorize all the words and what is your knowledge of the material. Well, you know, I'm kinda impatient, so let's do it quickly.

Here you need to write a translation of the words. If you don't remember some words, then you may click the "Hint" button. I don't really like this game, because if any letter differs from the given translation, you have lost the whole game and your F (or 2) mark is sent to your English teacher. Just kidding, you can always press "Overdrive: I was correct". And you can go on as many rounds as you wish.

The next is "Match" game. My favourite, because you can compete with other people😏

It's a no-brainer. Just match the word and translation, but it's timed. So, test yourself, how fast are you?
